Shipping Lead-Time
All March Audio products are hand made to order. As such there may be a lead time prior to shipping. The following timescales are typical, but may occasionally be longer due to unforeseen circumstances such as component supply delays:
- Amplifiers – 5 to 10 business days
- Cables – 3 to 5 business days
- Speakers – 20 to 25 business days
We will contact you if shipping time is likely to be delayed significantly beyond the above timescales.
Signature on delivery is required.
Cancellation Policy
Orders that are cancelled after placement will be subject to a cancellation fee to account for transaction charges, administration and other costs.
The cancellation fees are:
- Amplifiers and Cables – 25% of product cost
- Speakers – 50% of product cost
14 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 14 day satisfaction guarantee on our products*. If during this period (commencing from and including the delivery day) you find you are not entirely satisfied** with the product you can return it for a refund***.
March Audio must be contacted by the end of the 14th day to inform us of your intention to return the product.
The product must be shipped back to March Audio at the purchasers expense, in its original packaging, and must be received in perfect as new condition. If any damage is present you may lose part or all of the refund value.

** The satisfaction guarantee is offered on the basis it allows the customer to listen to/test the product to be sure it suits their requirements. This is where they have not had a opportunity to listen to/test prior to ordering.
